It’s important that you do all you can to prevent muscle aches and pains by correcting your desk set-up, getting up and moving around and keeping active.

Have frequent short breaks.  Get up and walk around your house for a minute or two, stand up to do your video conference call, or walk up and down your stairs a few times.
