DSE Workstation Assessments
A poorly designed workstation can result in posture-related injuries, ill health, sick leave and in some cases may even lead to compensation.
To support your employees’ health and wellbeing, good ergonomics are essential. After all, prevention is always better than the cure. Our advice? Don’t just comply with the current HSE regulations, exceed them.
Healthcare Professionals
Our workplace assessments are carried out by chartered physiotherapists with specialist training in ergonomics.
We carry out functional workstation assessments which are tailored to each individual’s needs. We look at the relationship between the employee’s posture and the tasks they carry out, to identify existing and potential problems. We look at how workstations could be improved in order to ease musculoskeletal discomfort and improve wellbeing and productivity.
Immediate Action
We take immediate action to improve the workstations during the assessment, explaining each change in order to help educate both the employee and the employer.
Every workstation assessment is then followed up with a report setting out our recommendations for change.
We are completely independent of any product and furniture suppliers.
Remote DSE Assessments
With so many people now working at home, it’s vital to make sure your remote staff are working as safely and comfortably as possible, to avoid the risk of illness and injury.
We offer remote DSE workstation assessment consultations for home workers, via online services such as Skype, Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
